We just had our whole upstairs and lower level re-carpeted in preparation for selling. Ron did our estimate. He was great with my young kids being interested in what he was doing, and occasionally being in his way. My husband decided to tear out the old carpet to save on cost. Ron did not seem bothered in the least that we were taking that work out of the job. He even offered suggestions on how to make the rip out of glued down carpet easier for us, and was prompt and friendly in replying to my questions. We have been very satisfied at every step of this process, and the new carpet looks great.

I did not realize when I inquired on the web that these businesses would automatically call me. My husband was unprepared when he received the calls as I submitted his telephone number with the inquiry. Both businesses called within 30 minutes of my inquiry - which is incredible. I would have preferred to hire the other professional - simply due to his proximity to my home however Performance Flooring was able to come to my home the very same day and complete the repair. We are pleased with the work and would recommend his services to others in our area.

I think they went out of their way to get the job done. Other professionals I contacted seemed to shy away when I told them what the problem was with my carpet. I know where the repair was done, but anyone who didn't know where it was would never be able to see it. I think the charge was reasonable and I'm satisfied. It was a very small job to the company, but it was a big relief to me to be done with it.

I needed my carpet stretched and COULD NOT move our bed. Seemed like there wasn't anyone out there that would, or could do this job. I was VERY happy to find Performance Floorcovering as they came out, helped move out some of the furniture, left the bed in place and stretched and fastened my carpet - cleaned up very well - and moved the bigger furniture back in to place!!! My carpet looks like NEW. Thank you!

Ron from Performance Floor Covering came out on short notice for a small job to reattach some carpet that I had to take up due to a sump pump issue- slight flooding with ground water. He came out the next day, on time and did a solid job reattaching the carpet. I had mentioned that only two tack strips were loose, but in fact he checked all of them and reattached them all down again at no additional charge. Although it was a small/simple job and my first time working with them, I'd definitely look into using them again.

We worked with Ron, one of the owners. Ron was helpful in guiding us to in selecting carpet and flooring that was ideal for a condo rental property.
